凤凰蓄电池实践可用容量与蓄电池放电电流巨细、凤凰 蓄电池作业环境的温度、储存时刻的长短以及负荷特性密切相关。假如不能正确地运用UPS电源,往往会构成凤凰 蓄电池实践可用容量远小于额定标称容量。为此,用户在运用凤凰 蓄电池时须留意以下几点:
1.凤凰 蓄电池过度放电和蓄电池长时刻的开路闲置不用,都会使得凤凰 蓄电池内部发生很多的硫酸铅,并吸附到凤凰 蓄电池阴极上,构成所谓的阴极“硫酸盐化”,结果构成了电池内阻增大,凤凰 蓄电池的可充放电功能受到影响。目前常用的6-GFM型密封式铅酸蓄电池的运用寿命大约为5~7年。
2.关于大多数UPS电源来说,当凤凰 蓄电池每次放电结束后,可运用内部充电回路进行浮充。为确保凤凰 蓄电池从头置于饱满充电状况,通常需要的充电时刻为10~12小时。充电时刻不行会使凤凰 蓄电池处于充电不充分状况,使凤凰 蓄电池实践可供运用的容量远远低于标称容量。在市电电压低于200V时,有些UPS电源已不能运用内部充电回路对凤凰 蓄电池进行饱满充电了。
3.为确保凤凰 蓄电池具有杰出的充放电特性,长时间闲置不用的UPS电源(UPS电源停机10天以上),在从头开机运用之前,最佳先不要加负载,让UPS电源运用机内的充电回路对凤凰 蓄电池浮充10~12小时后再进行运用。关于运用后备式UPS电源的用户来说,若UPS电源长时间作业在后备作业状况,建议每隔一个月,让UPS电源处于逆变器状况作业最少2~3分钟,以便激活凤凰电池。
The practical usable capacity of Phoenix battery is closely related to the discharge current, the temperature of Phoenix battery working environment, the storage time and the load characteristics. If the UPS power supply cannot be used correctly, the practical usable capacity of Phoenix battery will be far less than the rated nominal capacity. Therefore, users should pay attention to the following points when using Phoenix battery:
1. Excessive discharge of Phoenix battery and long-term open circuit idleness of the battery will lead to a lot of lead sulfate inside the battery, which will be adsorbed on the cathode of Phoenix battery, forming the so-called cathode "sulfation". As a result, the internal resistance of the battery increases, and the charging and discharging function of Phoenix battery is affected. At present, the service life of the commonly used 6-gfm sealed lead-acid battery is about 5-7 years.
2. For most UPS power supplies, after each discharge of Phoenix battery, internal charging circuit can be used for floating charge. To ensure that the Phoenix battery is fully charged from the beginning, the charging time is usually 10-12 hours. If the charging time is not good, the Phoenix battery will not be fully charged, and the practical capacity of Phoenix battery is far lower than the nominal capacity. When the mains voltage is below 200V, some ups power supplies can't use the internal charging circuit to fully charge the Phoenix battery.
3. In order to ensure that Phoenix battery has outstanding charging and discharging characteristics, the UPS power supply that has been idle for a long time (UPS power supply has been shut down for more than 10 days) should not be loaded before it is started from the beginning for use. Let the charging circuit in the UPS power supply use the machine to float the Phoenix battery for 10-12 hours before it is used. For users who use backup UPS power supply, if UPS power supply operates in backup operation condition for a long time, it is recommended to operate UPS power supply in inverter condition for at least 2-3 minutes every other month, so as to activate Phoenix battery.
