发电厂或变电所中吸有一组凤凰电池，不能退出运行、也不能作全核对性放电、只能用I10电流以恒流放出额定容量的50%，在放电过程中，蓄电池组端电压不得低于2V×N。放电后应立即用I10电流进行恒流限压充电→恒压充电→浮充电，反复放充（2－3）次，蓄电池组容量可得到恢复，蓄电池存在的缺陷也能找出和处理。若有备用阀控蓄电池组作临时代用，该组阀控蓄电池可作全核对性放电。
There is a set of Phoenix battery in the power plant or substation, which can not be out of operation or fully checked discharge. Only I10 current can be used to discharge 50% of the rated capacity at constant current. During the discharge process, the voltage at the battery terminal shall not be less than 2V × n. After discharge, I10 current shall be used immediately for constant current and voltage limiting charging → constant voltage charging → floating charging, repeated discharge and charging (2-3 times), the capacity of the battery can be recovered, and the defects of the battery can be found out and dealt with. If there is a backup valve controlled battery for temporary use, the valve controlled battery can be fully checked for discharge.
